Hope you are on the road to recovery. A few notes, RO water is not fit for human consumption. I learned this the hard way. I drank RO water for 2+ years. Your body needs minerals to process water and RO/distilled it devoid of minerals. Sounds like you might have gone to OHI. I love that place but to understand a vegetarian diet is good for cleansing temporarily but will cause deficiencies over the long run. Try to listen to the podcast where Dr Natasha Campbell McBride (GAPS diet) is interviewed by Mikela Peterson. The captions are woefully inadequate but if you persist through, the knowledge she shares is PURE GOLD. some of the best Health advice I’ve ever heard and I’ve been studying this for 26 years. Hope you get in to see her or someone she recommends. Also check out Gary Brekka. He is knowledgeable in this area and puts this info in very digestible ways. His analogies are genius. Dr Rawlins, thank you for this video. I am in a quandry as I am very ill and my doctor has ordered everything possible but cant find the cause of my illness. She knows nothing of MTHFR and I have homozygous MTHFR (discovered while under care of previous doctor). In 2004, I became severely ill, along with about 12 other employees. No one knew the cause until the maintenance workers told us that the exhaust from the diesel generators was adjacent to the intake vent to our unit, and they could not be moved due to the helipad and flight path. It was then that my doctor started testing and told me that I cannot detoxify the constituents of the diesel exhaust due to this polymorphism. I lost 2 years of work and my life as I spiraled down and eventually developed systemic candida, which almost killed me. That was 2016 to 2018. During that time, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, celiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue (narcolepsy), some strange eye problem where I cant open my eyelids, obesity, elevated BP, chronic sinus infections / headaches, MRSA, herpes, eczema, hyperlipidemia (oh and menopause at age 42.) The doctor has diagnosed me with major depression but I don't know how she came to that conclusion. I've never been suicidal. Lately I have been having what seems to be panic attacks (for no apparent reason). I eat plant based vegan since April 22 and use RO water. I sleep most of my days and exercise (if I could gather the energy ) disables me. I have diabetes insipidus (head injury as teen) and don't sweat. Seems like my life has become nothing but trying to exist and taking tons of pharmaceuticals. I need to find a doctor who knows how to treat my problems and get me off all these drugs. Do you have any recommendations in the San Diego area or someone who can treat me via phone?

I was always devastated remembering that I have herpes virus, my cold sore was frequently coming out so I had to find a cure to this because I have being using medical pills on this before now but nothing good really happened so I had to try something else.
